Terms of service
These terms cover use of linacre.site and any engagement with David Linacre (sole trader). Individual engagements are governed by a written Statement of Work covering scope, milestones, price, timeline, and acceptance criteria. Invoices are issued in GBP, payable within 14 days.
Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on full payment. NDA-friendly by default. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the six months prior to the incident. Governing law: England & Wales.
